When can I access my storage unit?

You can access your unit 7 days a week between 7 AM and 8:30 PM. Once you receive your gate access code, you’re ready to go.

How secure are my belongings?

Your belongings are protected by 24/7 video surveillance, electronic keypads with unique access codes for each tenant, and an automated gate system that operates during our access hours.

How long can I rent a storage unit?

Our storage units are available on a month-to-month basis, with longer-term rental options available upon request.

What items am I not allowed to store?

For the safety of our customers and facilities, certain items are prohibited, including dangerous chemicals, explosives, ammunition, gasoline or other flammable liquids, oil, wet or oil-soaked rags, perishable or unpackaged food, illegal or stolen goods, and any other items that may pose a hazard or inconvenience to others.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Storage payments are made automatically each month using the payment method provided when you set up your account. You can pay your storage bill online using your credit card. If you prefer to pay using etransfer, reach out to us and we can arrange it.
